We currently collect and process the following information:
Name, contact details such as phone number and email when provided and where a donation is made online, the financial information to do so. We also collect website user statistics.

How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

1. Your contact details when you sign up to our newsletter or you ask us to contact you so we can provide the information you have requested
2. Your financial information when you make a payment online in order to facilitate the donation
We will only pass you information to a third party if:
a) we need to do so in order to collect a financial donation
b) we need to do so if you have purchased an item such a ticket and the venue needs to provide admittance.
How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. For records of financial transactions we need to store it for 7 years. For all other data we will sore it until a) you request if is removed or b) you have had no contact with us for 3 years at which point we will remove your details.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
