Over the weekend of 9th and10th July 2022, The Shay’s Smiles team and some of our ID Medical team join forces to conquer The National Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Shay’s Smiles.

About the event
The 24 hour challenge includes a total of 480 miles of road travel, largely during the night, 23 miles of walking distance and climbing a total of over 3,000 vertical metres (10,000 feet) across Britain’s highest peaks - Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England and Mount Snowdon in Wales!

To complete The National Three Peaks Challenge will be an incredible achievement, and a continuation of the ever more challenging events the Shay’s Smiles team are undertaking, but nothing compared to the challenges faced by brave children, who like Shayen did, are fighting the devastating effects of glioblastoma brain tumours every day.
